Puss & Boots: 2 hits from Jim Mendick (HR) and a great catch in the outfield, Ed Huett, Darryl Pulanz and a 2B by Alan Rothenberg.

Buccaneers scored 3 in the 4th and that was it.  Renegades played good defense with 2 hits from Lou Hartman, Carl Marshall, Billy Howland, Charlie Laubel (2B), John Morgan and Freddy Racosta .

Puss & Boots - John Sergas and Jim Mendick had 3 hits, Paul Oleyar and Nate Cohen had 2 hits with a total of 17 for the losers. Renegades had 9 hits at the right times to pull out the win. Carl Marshall had 2 hits, Lou Hartman had a HR and Arvie Powell drove in the winning run in the seventh.

The Buccaneers were unable to put any runs on the board with Jerry Fishman the only producing hitter with 2 hits. Worldwide playing with out a full team, no SF, had 14 hits and shutout pitching from Hoyt Ellis. 2 hits from Ron Chiorello, Bob Gotwald, Tony Benevento and Ron Dolan.

Renegades took off on World Wide in the first inning hitting some eagle eyed shots but coasted and were scoreless the remainder of the game. Pete Keelan and Charley Lauble had 2 hits apiece and Charlie made a great play on a sharp line drive. Worldwide got steady play after the first with Al Lombardo and Don Walinski getting 3 hits. Ron Chiorello, Hoyt Ellis and Jack Dolan had 2 hits apiece.

For the Buccaneers only John Curran had 2 hits with one a gapper to score 2 runs late in the game. P&B had Joe Strauss with 3 hits, while John Sergas, Ray Giberson, Herm Mitchell, Paul Oleyar, Bob J., Alan Rothenberg, Ray Given and Darryl Pulanz had 2 hits each.

Richie Z and Richie W. had 2 hits in a very close game.  Alan Rothenberg was the star for P&B as he had 3 hits.  Jimmy Mendick, Ray Leur and Bob J  had 2 hits each.
