After building an early lead, Linda’s held off a CLV rally for the victory. George Merlo with 4 hits, Kerry Gelb, Vic Dudash, Ray Yarusi and Steve Splain with 3 hits each for the Lensmen.
RENDA ROADS 15, SMC 13
Renda Roads completed a perfect regular season, scoring 3 runs in the 6th inning to defeat SMC 15 to 13. Ed Belford went 4 for 4, Tom Baldowski 3 for 3, Tom Straniero and Tony Williams had 3 hits each and Gary Pence hit a home run for the victors. For SMC, Harry Streep, John Amato and Chris Paterek were hitting stars.  
LINDA’S DRIFTWOOD BAR & GRILL I 12, MAGNOLIA AUTO SERVICE 8
For Linda’s, Steve Lerner, Jack Helfrich, Keith McDede, John Esposito, Ron Horinko, Ron Martin and Richie Krov had multi-hit games. Joe Sarica and Rich Krov had home runs. 
LIBERTY LIGHTING GROUP 27, BREW CREW 12
Winning pitcher Allan Betau was supported by an excellent offensive team effort led by Harry Semple hitting for the cycle, and Dennis Quigley going 5 for 5. The LLG defense was stellar, including fantastic catches by Harry Semple and Dennis Quigley in the outfield. 
D&K ASSOCIATES 21, SUN TAVERN 6
Rich Polonitza and Chris Moore had multi-hit games for Sun Tavern.  Bob Lorincz had 5 hits for D&K.
MOLLY MAGUIRE’S 22, AWNINGS GALORE 9
In a crucial game between A Division teams, the Molly Maguire bats came alive cruising to victory. Winning pitcher Bill Hinkle received offensive support from Dick MacKay with 4 hits including 2 home runs and 6 RBI’S, home runs from Keenan Phelan and Al Burton, and Dave Drechsel and Glenn Zuhl contributing 3 hits each.
