Arthur “Bob” Chrzan
Arthur "Bob" Chrzan, 83, of Middletown, NJ, died on September 25,2015 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. He was born in Sayreville, and lived in Middletown since 1967. Bob worked as a Union Laborer for Local 584 for over 50 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was an avid sports fan, most notably the Yankees. He played on a men's softball league until he was 80. He loved to talk to anyone and everyone and was often affectionately referred to as "Mayor".
Surviving
are his two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Ann Chrzan,
John and Becky Chrzan; sister, Josephine Ust; 4 grandchildren, Zachary, Katelyn, Luke, and Grace; 1 great-grandchild, Fiona.
Arthur was preceded in death by wife, Lydia in 2000.
Visitation
will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2015, from 3-7pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered Monday, September 28th at 9:30am at St. Catherine's RC Church, 110 Bray Av., North Middletown. Entombment will follow at Fair View Mausoleum, Middletown.
