and served in
In addition, Jerry played
softball as a young man and continued throughout his life into the Senior
Leagues of Mercer and Middlesex counties.
Jerry could often be found riding down back roads on his Harley heading
to the Delaware Water Gap or out into
He was predeceased by his
parents, Charles and Anna Perpetua, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law,
Antonio and Enrichetta Procaccini. Jerry is survived
by his wife, Filomena Perpetua; his daughter, Amy
Perpetua; his son, Michael Perpetua and wife, Meredith; his brother, Charles
Perpetua and wife, Winifred; his brothers-in-law whom he considered brothers,
Fred Procaccini and wife, Sandy, of South Carolina, Flory Procaccini and wife,
Diane, of Princeton, Joe Procaccini and wife, Maryann, of Hopewell, Sam
Procaccini and wife, Diane, of Princeton, and Guido Procaccini and wife,
Ruthann, of Yardley, as well as his former sister-in-law, Bianca Procaccini of
Hopewell, and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at
8:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home,
Calling hours will be held
Friday, Nov. 26, 2010, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Jerry's
family would like to thank everyone for all of the prayers, love, and support
that he was showered with over this past year.
